A group of silver comprising:- a French silver oval engine-turned dish on collet foot, applied with oval ribbon-tied initialled cartouche, 17.8 cm. long; an Italian .800 standard snuff box engraved with foliate scrolls; a Turkish .900 standard nut bowl set with Ottoman coin in base; a French beaker with fruiting vine frieze, inscribed "Michel"; a Turkish beaker of plain baluster form stamped "900"; another by Bedros Damar of Istanbul stamped "925", chased with flowers and inscribed "12 September 2008"; an Israeli sweet dish embossed with a Jerusalem view and pierced and decorated with floral swags;and a French silver-plated beaker. Weighable silver and white metal 798 gm. including coin-set bowl. (8)All in good order apart from French silver beaker which has a few dings.
A French .800 standard silver snuff box, circa 1900, rectangular with rounded ends, cover chased in relief with group of putti beside a tree with Classical buildings in background, sides with pendent flowers and buds, 10 cm. long, wt. 111 gm.Some small dings on edge of base, minor wear to putti on cover.
