A George III hallmarked silver rectangular snuff box with bright cut detail, initialled to lid 'J.J.G', maker's mark rubbed, Birmingham 1805, 6 x 2.9cm, approx 1.0ozt. CONDITION REPORT: Heavily worn with dents, scratches, nicks, etc, lid still closes with a click and sits almost flush with rim however quite a noticeable piece of damage to left upper corner where there has been a loss and again numerous noticeable solder repairs.
