Crown wind mechanism is stiff, but hands complete a full 12 hour rotation. Dial is dirty and scratched, and luminous infill is heavily worn, but lettering and numbers are clear. Glass is heavily scratched and is cracked in two places, and would benefit from cleaning. The movement, glass and black cover are very loose in the lugs, and it requires some repair work. The case and lugs are heavily scratched and worn, and would benefit from cleaning. Please see additional images for illustration.Rectangular 9ct watch is currently not in working order, and is missing the hand to the subsidiary seconds dial. The lady's yellow metal faceted example is not currently in working order.

An Art Deco synthetic ruby and diamond rectangular plaque brooch,with a cushion cut synthetic ruby, milligrain set in the centre. Rows of radiating blade edge bars with a crescent of graduated old eight cut diamonds, millgrain set to each side. Pierced chevrons at the compass points, grain set with eight cut and rose cut diamonds, with pierced fish scale infill. Tested as platinum, the fittings as approximately 9ct gold. 40 x 22mm, 7.18gCondition report: Brooch fittings appear to be yellow gold under the rhodium plating. One diamond deficient.
