A collection of vintage Middle Eastern and African knives to include; A bone handled Kukri knife with blade detailing with two smaller tools in a leather scabbard, a Khanjar with wooden adorned handle with decorative scabbard and an African copper bladed knife / dagger with wooden handle in a leather and grass designed scabbard. Largest measures; 39cm overall.

With an Interpretation of the New Testament, 2 vol. in 1, occasional spotting and marginal water-staining, ink name 'Elizabeth Cottrell Dormer' to title, contemporary red morocco, richly gilt, covers with wide borders combining crown, floral and foliage tools, spine in compartments and richly gilt with various floral and foliage tools, along with a black morocco label, upper joint stareting at foot, but holding firm, corners worn, rubbed and marked, g.e., 4to, Printed for J. and R. Tonson and S. Draper in the Strand, 1749.

A cased Webleys Patent Longspur Percussion cap revolver. 4 inch barrel. 6 shot with each chamber numbered. Long spur hammer. Working single action. Some original blued finish is present. Marked "Webley Patent" and 'By Her Majesty's Royal Letters Patent'. Top of barrel engraved with original owners name "J. W.H. McKenzie, Cheadle". Research indicates he was a Doctor in Cheadle in 1846. Complete in original wooden box with original WD (William Davis) 105 marked bullet mould, pair of Ebony handled tools, copper powder flask, Eleys percussion cap tin labeled for Webley patent revolver, and a full tin of lubricating paste, oil bottle, combination loading rod/worm, etc. Green baize lined oak case size 13 inch x 7.5 inch. Brass plate to lid. No key. No paper label present. Provenance: the gun was included in the sale of the former Doctors home in Cheadle, Staffordshire.
