A Clarke red painted steel workshop bench on 2-tiers and fitted with two frieze drawers, a Clarke steel portable cabinet fitted with three drawers over a cupboard enclosed by an up-and-over sliding door, the interior containing a selection of Clarke air guns, a further Clarke 3-tier workshop tool trolley, together with the tools contained within, a TJ4000 trolley jack, further bottle jacks, tool boxes, etc
A 19th Century Chinese export lacquer sewing box, the inner cover with landscape decoration and fitted with tray, compartments and a few ivory sewing tools, 39cm wide/see illustration Condition Report: Lot 60: Cover and sides worn in patches, some chips and losses to lacquer particularly at corners and edges. Inner cover landscape panel basically good although cracks to lacquer at edges. Splits to carcass by hinges and hinges look replaced in an amateur way. Locks broken / missing, no key. Drawer under has adjustable flap with landscape decoration, this has come loose but the lacquer is fair. Overall in need of some attention.
BENCHLEY (Peter), Jaws, Garden City New York: Doubleday and Company 1974, 8vo, first edition, inscribed by the author "Keep yours shut if you know what's good for you, Peter Benchley", recently finely bound in full dark blue morocco, boards with single gilt line panel, spine lettered in gilt with gilt rules and centre tools, all edges gilt, marbled endpapers.

All housed in a worn military box marked, 'parts gauge and spares'.
