A vessel-shaped sculpture of iron tools including latchlifter-keys, fish-hooks, nails and other items, the mass still in the shape of the vessel they were deposited in; socketted drill at top in centre. 12.3 kg, 41cm (16"). From the family collection of a South East London collector; formerly acquired in the late 1950s. [No Reserve] Fine condition. Rare and unusual.
