Rory Gallagher: A Teisco TRE-100 Electric Guitar,1965,double-cutaway body with sunburst finish, single gold foil pickup, one volume/one tone control, On-Off switch mounted in extended pickguard to bass side, inbuilt speaker, worn model plate, fingerboard with Indian rosewood veneer, rectangular markers, headstock with six-in-line plastic-button tuners, in shaped, plush-lined hardshell case with transit sticker,guitar 40in (102cm) longFootnotes:Guitar oddities, such as this Teisco model, were considered as valid musical tools if they had a sound or vibe that appealed to Rory. It could be played as a normal guitar, or used with its built-in speaker, powered by two 9-volt batteries.
