It was extinct in 1834. The volume, an exhaustive copier of documents relating to the institution, transcribes and summarizes hundreds of documents, dated between 1705 and 1826, including donations, wills, deeds, decrees, permits, consultations, royal letters, memoirs, notices, relationships, etc. The first document is a "Doação do Senhor Rey D. Pedro 2º em que este faz mercê ao Senhor Infante D. Francisco das lezirias de Montalvo, Moraceira, etc.", on July 28, 1705. The last is the "Cópia da carta que acompanhou a consulta levada ao Conselho do Governo do Reino em 12 de Abril de 1826". One-handed calligraphed document without any index. Full red morocco binding of the time, with gold ornamental border and rectangular reserve on the covers (identical) that present in the centre the coat of arms of Portugal gold engraved; smooth spine with six tools between the sections; gauffered and gilt edge.
