Two Brass-Bound Leather Shotgun Cases, the first labelled to the lid underside for Thomas Newton's Patent Self-acting Breach Loader Gun, red baise lining, fitted for 30 1/4 in barrels, 83 cm wide overall, containing a small quantity of cleaning tools and accessories, the other for a pair of shotguns, green baise lining, fitted for 30 1/4 in barrels, 83.5 cm wide overall, containing a small quantity of tools and cleaning accessories . Newton case - Leather generally sound. Straps good. Baise with some vermin damage, mould and other defects. Other case - Generally sound though some damage to stitching on sides and underside. Straps good. Baise partly replaced internally.

A well-engineered 5 inch gauge model of a 2-6-0 London North Western Railway ‘Webb three cylinder compound’ express side tank locomotive, built by Mr J J Wilks of Surrey to the circa 1898/1900 design. The two outside cylinders with ‘Joy’ valve gear. Inside cylinder with slip eccentric valve gear. The silver soldered copper boiler with fittings including steam pressure gauge, water sight-glass, regulator and other usual fittings, whistle, direction quadrant control with lever and boiler safety valve. The model finished in LNWR black livery with brass boiler bands, fitted tools boxes and coal panel. Length 87cm. Cab width 21cm.Boiler History: Boiler Identity Number JW11.
