This Browning, made in Belgium, comes in the original Browning black leatherette display case with tools and plaque. The lid has a presentation plaque that reads "Red Rock Rifle & Pistol Club 1965". This beautiful, deluxe presentation pistol features the high polish blue finish, vent rib, click adjustable target rear sight, high Patridge front sight, gold trigger, beautiful deluxe high finished walnut oversized pistol grips with matching forend. Has the original Browning magazine. Features inlaid gold scroll on trigger guard, grip strap, muzzle, barrel and frame on both sides. Does not appear to have ever been fired. Beginning in 1984, Winchester contracted to have a new Parker shotgun manufactured at the Olin-Kodensha Plant in Tochigi, Japan. These were made to the exact Parker specifications. The factory closed in January 1989 and a flood in 1999 destroyed most of the remaining inventory, including parts and most of the factory records. Due to the high quality and limited manufacture, 12,268 total, they have become very collectible. The only models manufactured was the DHE Grade and higher. Features a boxlock action, single select trigger, splinter forend, straight English stock, matted vent rib with single bead and skeletal buttplate. Engraving was done ion the original Parker DHE style with a dog on right, pheasants on bottom and a dog on left. Case colored frame and forend hardware, scroll engraved blued trigger guard, non-inscribed brass oval ID. All of the hardware on the forend is done in the same style as frame, all screws engraved. This fine little deluxe shotgun shows in as new condition inside and out with no visible wear. Comes in the original Parker hard leather case with canvas cover, oil bottles, snap caps and loading tools. The Machine Gun Camera was used to train Japanese aerial gunners. The camera would take snapshots on at a time of run off a reel of 35mm film. The camera would have been mounted and resembles a machine gun with a celestial viewfinder sight, exposure meter, rear viewfinder, filter holder and lens. In addition to training exercises these could be mounted on airplanes or observation balloons and used to track troop movement. Measures 29" long. It is complete in excellent to near mint condition in its original wood carry case. Accessories include the large front sight, four cans of film, small tools, connecting cords, and original Japanese instruction booklet, diagram of parts, original envelopes, etc. At the end of the war this prize capture item was sent to M.H. Smith in Rhode Island to the Pascoag Racetrack. the carry crate has the original Japanese metal label, hand painted on top in the return and shipping address with "War Trophy - Certificate Inside - May be opened for Postal and/or Custom inspection". Total production of these had to be very small, and this is the first complete set sent back as a war trophy that we have ever seen or heard of. This would be a stunning conversation piece in any World War II memorabilia collector, or to a camera collector.

A Japanese Meiji period carved ivory figure of seated man descaling a fish at a board, on shaped oval base, raised on four peg supports, with scratched character signature underneath, 8.5 x 5cm and a smaller similar example, base 6 x 4cm (both af) (2). CONDITION REPORT: The larger figure is missing the blade of the knife. Head is possibly reglued. Surface dirt and minor surface wear commensurate with age. Radiant scratches underneath in area of each peg which are attaching parts of from the top of the base. The smaller example is missing both tools in his hands and the figure of the man has been reglued (peg missing). Natural inclusion/split to one of the blocks, a reglued chip to the collar, some surface dirt and staining and an area of burning to the edge, approx 2.5 x 1cm.
