It is stained, worn, cut and holed, and lacks its end tassels. Hopefully the photographs should give you a much better idea of its real condition.

An Iranian carpet With guard stripes, flower and leaf border the central rectangular red field with a shaped foliate medallion strewn with flowering leaves and plants, 304x200cms. CONDITION REPORT: The end fringe on the right hand side extensively worn and half of the end fringe missing or torn, the opposite fringe worn in places, some wear to the knotted ends, minor wear, generally in good condition.
A North West Persian carpet With guard stripes the red field with six rows of thirteen shaped guls worn, 250x192cms. CONDITION REPORT: Condition Report Lot 2326: One side shows extensive wear and associated holes. Fraying to all tasselled edges. The longest edges have extensive loss to the red thread. Colour remain vibrant, however requires an extensive clean. Further fraying and wear throughout. Large stained area, possibly a wax burn, residue visible on the surface, approximately 5cm x 3cm in size.
A modern Keshan 'carpet' with guard strip With a central medallion enclosing flowers and leaves leaf and flower spandrels fringed borders approximately 427 x 299cm. CONDITION REPORT: Modern 20th Century some wear and damage to the outer tasseled fringes, some wear to the outer edges left hand side, both edges wear and loose threads, some minor discolouration, some red staining to the tasseled edge.

Hole to upper left corner approximately 5cm x 2cm. Repair approximately 10cm in length to left upper corner. Unstitching and minor fraying to all edges. Colours remain vibrant, however the rug requires an intensive deep clean.
