The terracotta field with pale blue Akstafa stars outlined alternately in ivory and pale yellow; rosettes and flowerheads scattered in the field; dark blue angular floral fine main border with a few small birds taking refuge in places; ivory star and lozenge outer guard. The terracotta field of the main carpet with all over pale blue foliage strapwork intermingling with floral sprays; ivory floral main border and dark blue guards; the outer guard with ivory cartouche inscribed Order No. 19 and dated 1281 (AD) [1864 AD], the long rug on each side woven with terracotta cartouches and ivory inner floral medallions within pale blue strapwork; dark blue narrow main border and pale yellow guards; the pictorial carpet across the top with dark blue field and terracotta cartouches depicting lion and lioness; rhinoceros; monkeys and birds in trees, flanked by opposing half cartouches of mask design, within an ivory palmette main border and ivory and dark blue floral guards.
