Früher nordwestpersischer Teppich, Mitte 18. Jhdt. oder früher. Format ca. 480 x 232 cm. Schafschurwolle geknüpft auf Baumwolle. Der große Teppich im Kelley-Format stammt vermutlich aus Djosaghan und war ursprünglich mindesten sieben Meter lang, jetzt geschnitten und zusammen vernäht. Die Seitenbordüren sind original, die obere und untere Bordüre aus Originalseiten angesetzt. Das Muster auf charakteristischem weinrotem Fond weiß und pastellfarben, blühende Bäume/Sträucher aneinandergereiht in aufsteigender Richtung. Fachkundig gereinigt, aus einem tierfreien Nichtraucherhaushalt. An antique Northwest persia carpet, extremy rare rug, cut, overall well preserved.
