A Kashan carpet, the central panel set with all over scrolling foliate design on a duck egg blue ground within a stepped red, beige and blue scrolling foliate decorated border approx. 306 cm x 386 cm CONDITION REPORTS Some marks though out and wear to the pile in places, no evidence of active moth. A Qashqai tribal carpet, circa 1900, with an intricate design around a central ivory medallion on a deep indigo ground and with madder spandrels168 x 250cmA good quality example with intricate design and soft, velvety woolAreas of historic insect damage, where the pile is absent largest approx 10cm diameter. There are holes of varying sizes, one area consisting of six grouped holes, the largest between diameter of 3cms. A few large areas of restoration, the largest 30cm diam, and an area loss to the design by 4cm by 4cm at one edge. The border edges of the rug have large areas of loss where the fringe is absent. A professional restoration and consolidation would be recommended. The rug would benefit from cleaning. Please see further images for condition.

Overall in fairly good structural and cosmetic condition and ready to place.
A contemporary flat-weave kilim rug, of recent manufacture, decorated in tones of cream and grey,280 x 189cmCondition ReportThe rug is of recent manufacture and as such in very good condition. There is some slight colour variation to the dark grey areas and a couple of horizontal lines of darker threads to the weave, although this appears to be part of the manufacturing process rather than a later defect. Overall the carpet is in good condition with no worn areas and ready for placement. See additional photos.
An Oushak wool carpet, of recent manufacture, Turkish, woven with bold floral medallions to a pastel blue ground,425 x 300cm Condition ReportOverall the carpet is in very good and clean condition with good colour and pile. There's slight colour variation and speckled appearance to the blue ground (see additional photos) but appears to be as a result of the natural wool rather than a defect. A few slight pulls to the threads but overall the weave is in good condition and ready for use.
