F Knight, 58 Baldry Gardens, Streatham, London. Medals unnamed as issued. Sports medallion in fitted case of issue, reverse engraved “PTE R F KNIGHT, HANSFORD CUP, 56TH DIVISION 1927”. Shooting medallion in fitted case of issue, reverse engraved “COUNTRY LIFE, OFFICERS TRAINING CORPS COMPETITION 1919” with additional engraving to the edge “LANCE CORPORAL R.F. KNIGHT, KING EDWARD’S SCHOOL, BATH”. Large, unofficial Home Guard award in the form of a metal cross, the obverse engraved with an intertwined HG with the dates 1940 and 1945 above and below. WW2 German Infantry Regiment Grossdeutschland 1939 Casualty Wehrpass Grouping, interesting grouping of documents issued to Otto Hellweg who served initially with the RAD, his wehrpass having an RAD uniform photograph to the inside. He was serving with 11th Infanterie Regiment ‘Grossdeutschland’ from 9th September 1939 until 6th October 1939 when he was killed near Saarbrucken. Due to the early nature of his death, the wehrpass has few entries noted. Accompanying the wehrpass is his SA brown linen ausweis document, SA sports badge record book, 1st pattern Arbeitsbuch (work book), Labour service Mitglieds-Karte with same uniform photograph to the inside as the wehrpass, Musterungs-Ausweis 1935 with civilian photograph and his fathers Imperial German soldbuch and WW2 Wehrpass with just a few entries in both. An interesting grouping to a very early casualty who was serving with one of the elite regiments of the German army. Late Colin Kluth collection

Third Reich NSDAP Membership Book, issued to Kingford Patz, party number 1249093. Civilian photograph to the inside of the book. Payment stamps from the 1930’s through to 1944. Gilt tooled NSDAP style eagle to the front cover of the book. Accompanied by a small card for the SA Sports association with a photograph of him in police uniform. Many NSDAP membership books were destroyed at the end of the war as people did not want to be caught as members of the party due to the risk of reprisals by Soviet and other allied forces. As such these are now hard to find complete. Late Colin Kluth collection.

Features Cibac lowered suspension and OCM shock absorbers and mounts, genuine BMW 17inch sports wheels with very recent new tyres all round. Car has been well maintained by a BMW specialist in Whitland and has had various works including a new head-gasket and ancillaries less than 2000 miles ago. Also had new roof, tonneau and wind deflector. Present private owner declares the car is running well but he has decided to move it on as he has three cars, including two sports cars, and, as a retired gentleman he finds it complicated to keep moving them around to be able to drive all of them regularly.
