CUP-WINNERS CUP FINAL 1972 Issue of twenty six page sports newspaper, El Mundo Deportivo dated 25/5/72 with front page coverage of Cup-Winners Cup Final, Rangers defeating Dinamo Moscow 3-2 in Barcelona. Full match report, line-ups etc and a number of pictures . One page has a piece torn off top corner which affects one picture but condition is otherwise generally good. No programme issued for the game. Printed and published in Barcelona, a good record of the game. Fair-generally good

ROY OF THE ROVERS Original Roy of the Rovers artwork by the leading sports artist Paul Trevillion who has been and still is the leading artist of Sporting Artwork. This item is a Trevillion 1963 detailed preparatory art for Tiger Comic " Learn to play the Roy Race Way". Trevillion was helped and advised on the "Learn to Play" series by Bill Nicholson and Alf Ramsey with whom Trevillion began a lasting friendship when he captured and drew them in their Tottenham playing days for the Lillywhite Magazine. The Tiger Comic with the "Learn to Play the Roy Race Way" signed by Trevillion is included in this lot. Good
