Also includes Essex v West Indies at Chelsea 1980 (scorecard and programme), 4 Horse Racing passes from the 1990's plus Gaelic Games at Wembley (Irish Sports) 1959 , Amateur Boxing Championships at Wembley 1959. Comes with a rolled up menu from the Euro 2004 Final in Lisbon. Also comes with a Cork City limited edition watch (number 639) probably from the 1990's in a box. Generally good

Beatty Football League (Sheffield) Oak Freestanding Presentation Shield, the applied silver plaque to centre featuring match scene within oval wreath, hallmarked for Sheffield 1919, 'Copyright T. Swaffield Brown 24-12-1907'. A plaque below 'Presented to The Sheffield Sports Association by Admiral of The Fleet, Earl Beatty, 1920', the border decorated with applied shield shape plaques featuring yearly winners of the competition, many in silver, 73.5cm high. The competition was run by The Sheffield & District Works Sports Association, who started in 1919, Habershons Sports were first winners in 1919-20, the last winners were Telecom Sports in 1990/91.
A PEARLWARE NAPOLEONIC JUG circa 1813, printed and hand-coloured to one side with a Russian soldier holding a rifle over his shoulder from which are suspended the corpses of five Frenchmen, titled 'A Russian Boor returning from his Field sports', the reverse with 'Boney Sneaking into Paris at Midnight', 14cm, together with a Chelsea Derby bowl decorated with a urn and swags within a gilt and bleu du roi rim, 32cm diameter (2) Condition Report: jug has been restored to the spout and has all over crazing. chip to rim near handle. bowl - rings well but does have utensil scratch marks to the inside.
A rare Irish 9ct gold Gaelic Athletics Association football medal, the obverse with a portrait depicting Thomas Croke within cartouche and surrounded by shamrocks below a football and inscribed 'Croke Memorial Competition 1913', the reverse inscribed 'Won by Kerry', hallmarked: Hopkins & Hopkins, Dublin (date letter indistinct), wt. 22.76g, length 36mm. The GAA having bought the Jones Road sports ground in 1913 and renamed it Croke Park after one of their first patrons Archbishop Thomas Croke.
