An uncommon Beck & Sohn (Kassel) Gauge 1 electric-powered early German 4-4-0 Locomotive and Tender 'Drache', representing the first locomotive built by the famous Henschel Company in 1848, the model built circa 1979, with tender drive, fully-operating valve gear to locomotive including reversing lever, and other fine details, finished in lined green with red wheels, VG-E, appears little used, in original wooden carrying box with paperwork, box F-G, some rusting to metalwork
An Interesting and Early approx 1" scale scratch-built live steam Traction Engine by unknown maker, with single cylinder and lever-operated reversing, this appears to be an older model with some more recent repairs/additions probably by Cherry's as their pressure gauge is fitted, the boiler is externally-fired (enclosed), possibly intended for spirit-firing though now fitted with ashpan and perforated 'grate', original parts including the stamped 'tin' wheels, approx ¾" x ¾" cylinder mounted on cast frame with crankshaft bearings, approx 4" diameter flywheel, water pump driven from eccentric at opposite end, disengageable gear-drive to off-side rear wheel, manual-operated cylinder drain cocks and worm-operated steering, more modern fittings include the Cherry's pressure gauge, safety valve to top of regulator block and fittings to water tank at rear, overall G, crankshaft bent on flywheel side, some parts painted in black but the majority unpainted
A rare Carette for Bassett-Lowke Gauge 3 (2½") live steam North Eastern Railway 4-4-0 No 1238 Locomotive and Tender, in lined NER green as No. 1238, a substantially-engineered model for spirit-firing, with twin inside cylinders and lever reversing via die-blocks operated from footplate, backhead with water gauge, regulator and blower, fitted spirit burner to loco and fuel tank with control valve to tender, tender with water pump, overall VG, both water and spirit pipe connections missing, some surface rusting to underside of tender and substantial retouching to both sides: loco paintwork appears essentially original, together with a photocopied article from Model Engineer, 1912 (3 inc paper)

Late and early Mamod live steam Stationary Engines, the late model a boxed Smethwick-made SP6 with fixed cylinder and eccentric-operated valve with slip-reversing, regulator, water gauge, in blue and red with polished brass boiler, E, appears never steamed, with burner tray, solid fuel tablets and funnel, box E, together with an early SE1 engine arranged for wick-type spirit burner, with whistle and exhaust steam regulator, F, generally grubby with slightly bent steam/exhaust pipes, original burner missing (2)
A Period Advertising Model Large-scale Hand-made PL&M Carriage Truck and Hudson's Removals Pantechnicon, apparently made as a display model for Hudson's Depository in Brighton, probably from the 1900 - 1914 period, the carriage truck with wheels to approx 9¾" gauge, finished in gold-edged brown with P L & M (Paris, Lyon & Méditerranée Railway) lettering to hinged drop-sides, together with a horse-drawn removals van 27" long x 12" wide x 15" high, finished in red, green and cream with French wording (to emphasise the international nature of their business, no doubt) for the Dépots in Brussels, London and Brighton, with opening doors to rear of van, hinged roofboards and driver's seat to the front, the model appears to have metal wheels, both pieces VG, some paint loss to wheels especially rear left side, lacks horse-shafts (but may never have had them), one buffer chipped to railway wagon (2)

A pair of Continental porcelain leaf shaped pickle dishes, early 20th c, 11.5cm l, spurious SWANSEA mark, a Staffordshire sheep, a Meissen model of a canary on a stump, 20th c and miscellaneous other porcelain models of birds and figures and a 19th c surface agate style teapot with pewter lid Meissen bird - bill restored, leaf chipped. Most of the other items in good condition
