One backrest cushion with small tear to leather approx. 5cm long. There are some tears to fabric lining underneath seat cushions to sofa and armchair. Sofa with tear to leather on armrest and small tear to leather on back corner and minor shallow blemishes to leather on backrest. All supports with surface wear to include scratches, scuffs, stains and some faded areas to finish.

Webbing is sunken and has hardened and become brittle with age, one webbing strap has broken. The upholstery to seat cushion is in distressed condition, with numerous holes and frays to fabric. The Frame is structurally sound and sturdy, with general surface wear to include scratches, scuffs and marks. Two rubber door stops have been attached/screwed to the reverse of sofa.

Leather throughout with general wear commensurate with age and use to include light scuffs and marks. The shells with light surface wear throughout to include light scratches and marks. Lounge chair – there is a an opening to the seam on leather upholstery to one armrest. The seat fixings – The hook fixings attached to seat shell that hold the seat in place are both missing hooks. Both popper/snap fastener fixings to the shell are also missing. These four components will all need replacing as the seat cushion is currently sitting loose on the shell. The aperture for the seat hook to underside of the shell has a tear 4cm long. Ottoman - Leather with some small spots of what appear to be dried glue or resin.
