Brabham driver Patrese was awarded his first F1 win despite confusion reigning over the last 3 laps of this race, as first Alain Prost crashed, Didier Pironi ran out of fuel and Patrese spun before restarting.

An 1895 lithograph featuring the champion racehorse Isinglass and portraits of leading jockeys, comprising Osborne, Webb, Cannon, F Barrett, Loates, Rickaby, Cannon & G Barrett, framed & glazed, 64 by 57cm., 25 by 22 1/2in. The 1893 Triple Crown winner Isinglass stayed in training and as a five-year-old in 1895 won the Gold Cup at Ascot.

(5). Although called Brabhams, the initials 'BT' preceded the car type numbers, ie. Brabham-Tauranac, with Jack initially being responsible for driving and testing and Ron for the design and engineering.
