August Rieper, Der Liebesbriefdrei junge Frauen im biedermeierlichen Interieur, bei der vergnügten Lektüre eines Briefes, lasierende, teils gering pastose Genremalerei in fein abgestimmter Farbigkeit und mit schönem Licht, Öl auf Leinwand, um 1920, rechts unten signiert "A. Rieper", gering restauriert, im schönen Goldstuckrahmen (gering restaurierungsbedürftig) gerahmt, Falzmaße ca. 103 x 83,5 cm. Künstlerinfo: dt.
