A collection of nine tinplate mechanical toys comprising a Gely mechanical 'Test your Strength' toy, height 17cm, a clockwork balloon and toy seller with moving eyes, raising arms and pendulum monkeys, a Gely policeman, a cutler toy, mechanical footballer, and a hand operated train, cat and dog group, policeman and spark-wheel with lithograph detailing (9).PROVENANCE: The Collection of Jack Tempest. Additional InformationThe footballer is heavily faded to the colour throughout. The test your strength toy with heavy tarnishing and wear. The toy seller with tarnishing and wear to the right hand side of the base. The tall policeman and knife sharpener are in better condition. The hand toys with general age wear patina throughout, heaviest to the train.
