Two 19th Century miniatures, one of a gentleman with blue jacket and white cravat and the other of a young lady with high collared dress, a cut out image of a lady beside table inscribed "L Bruce Faringdon Street, London & Somerset Place, Brighton" to base and an Angelica Kauffman style print all housed in ebonised frames together with a copy of Christie's Silhouette & Portrait Miniature sale catalogue 12th May 1993 CONDITION REPORTS The gent only - no visible cracks however there is a raised area on the right hand side of the miniature and appears to have been restored in some way. Otherwise general wear and tear, dirt, etc. Crazing to the frame. Appears to be a scratch underneath the glass under his left lapel as you look at him. See images for more details.
