A flaring surmount, decorated with scrolling wire and gold beads. Double glass glazed interior, with enclosed plaited hair and a coiled lock of hair. Plain verso, and a tapered bale, tested as approximately 9-14ct,together with a heart photo locket pendant,with a central box set Swiss cut diamond, a double-sided interior containing the photo portrait of a young woman, one glazed cover deficient, the other loose in the locket, suspension loop, bale deficient, stamped 15ct, tested as approximately 14ct gold, 41.81g (2)Condition ReportOval locket: 69mm x 38mm including bale.Various marks and discolouration. Scratches to the glazed covers. The interior hair work sections appear a little dirty.The garnet and glass doublet shows gas bubbles aligned in a flat plane under magnification.Heart locket: scratches, marks commensurate with age.Damage to the interior: one glazed panel missing, the other one is detached from the frame.
