A Fine Victorian Pearl, Diamond and Turquoise Brooch, the domed top inset with a split pearl within a rose cut diamond border, with beaded detail and an outer border of alternating split pearls and pear cabochon turquoise in yellow rubbed over settings, with a glazed locket back, measures 4cm in diameter see illustration The brooch is in good condition. The glass is loose in the frame. It is not hallmarked or stamped but in our opinion would test as gold. It fastens with a pin and c-hook and features a safety chain. Total estimated diamond weight 0.10 carat approximately. The pearls have not been tested for origin. Gross weight 37.4 grams. Condition Report made 19th January 2017.
