A George V silver and cut glass hors d'oeuvres tray The oval scalloped shaped tray encompassing four segmented cut glass dishes with star cuts to base together with three matched silver forks, Frank Cob & Co, Sheffield, tray 1938, spoons dated 1932 and 1934, total gross weight 21.2oz, 34cm long.
A silver plated and frosted glass comport The domed dish frosted and facet cut with a grape and vine border, the electroplated base with a grape and vine laden border raised upon fruiting branch supports and pierced branch and vine triform base. 24cms high x 26cms (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Frosted glass centre piece good condition, some minor discolouration which probably wash off, metal mounts with grapes and vine extensive polish settlement, no breaks, the stand again extensive polish settled in the fruit and vine and column support and feet, minor surface scratching, scratching to the interior, minor break on the right hand foot between the two grape leaves where the branch joins.

(14) CONDITION REPORT: Rubbing/scratches to centre of ashtray, larger vase - large chip to corner of square plinth base, oval shaped chip approx 2"x1". All other vases/dishes good condition.

A fine 19th Century calamander ladies vanity case The rectangular hinged cover centred with a brass oval with a blue silk padded interior, the gilt metal lock plate stamped Betjeman & Sons makers, London with a compartmentalized tray fitted with a blue velvet panel with eight manicure items including six with Mother of Pearl handles, two rectangular glass boxes with engraved EPNS mounted covers, two cut glass jars with push on tops and a row five circular and square glass jars above a concealed drawer stamped A Scott, Wheeler Gate, Nottingham. 20x30x22.5cms. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1778 - the rectangular hinged cover surface scratching wood and scratching to the oval brass inset, original pleated blue lining to inner lid, some staining to the lower section of the lid lining, gilt metal hinge and hinges bright some inner rusting to the bolt of the hinge. One rectangular glass bottle internal crack along the base, rectangular glass box minor chip to rim. Some surface scratching and bruising to the metal mounts of each item. Frieze drawer spring in good condition operated by the central internal button, with signature to the panel A Scott Nottingham. Drawer line is good condition, original padded lining some staining. One loop handle missing to the tray with the sewing compendium and rectangular boxes. Original red velvet applied to the base with some tears, good condition.
A 19th Century rosewood and brass inlaid ladies vanity box The rectangular hinged cover centred with a shaped plaque stamped S.R.M. enclosing silk lined interior with a detachable compartmentalized tray with a detachable cover and three cut glass scent bottles with plated push on tops with a concealed divided frieze drawer. 17x23x30cms. CONDITION REPORT: The rectangular hinged top inlaid metal angles repolished, stringing to the front intact, small stress cracks to the top surface, hinges in good condition, one screw lacking to the left hand hinge interior, plush line to lid torn and worn, detachable tray wear to the edges of the red velvet, overall worn including the detachable centre lid of box worn and torn, three glass bottles one frosted, one with a screw top the other two with push on tops possibly associated, one internal stopper is fixed and not able to pull out, the frieze drawer red velvet lining good condition and gilt work good condition, later red beige surface under base, the frieze drawers do not quite fit flush, repolished.

Leuchar's, 38/39 Piccadilly, London also enclosing a divided compartment with a silver handled shaving brush with a push top, large rectangular glass toothbrush holder with a silver top, 7.5x3.5cms, a smaller glass box with a silver top 7.5x5cms and another 4.5cms, and two glass bottles with screw tops, London 1866 & 1873, with brass banded angles 8x25x16cms. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Lot 1792: the rectangular cover some surface scratching minor hairline cracks to veneer, minor rubbing to the gilt metal banding and angles, original lining to inner lid with original clip opening to form an easel mirror some mottling and discolouration, manicure tools on a rectangular pad some possible associated. Glass bottle with screw tops glass in good condition, rectangular box glass in good condition, surface scratching and minor dents to rectangular silver box glass in good condition, square box glass in good condition, silver generally good some surface scratching. The front lower outer section has a piece of veneer later inset just beneath internal lock. Green Morocco lining to base, metal complete rubbing and scratching otherwise good condition.
