A George V Silver-Mounted Cut-Glass Flask, by Samuel Summers and Ernest Drew, London, 1912, the oval glass flask fluted, the lower body with detachable silver cup, engraved with initials, the bayonet mounted cover similarly engraved, 16cm high. Fully marked on neck and on cup. The marks on the neck are generally clear. The marks on the cup have some wear. There is overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. There are also some bruises and a repair to the cup. The cork stopper inside is expired. There is a small chip on the base of the glass body.
A quantity of silver, including: a George III silver teapot-stand, oval and with reeded rim, on four panel feet, maker's mark rubbed, London, 1796; an Edward VII silver basket, oval and pierced with scrolls, by Nathan and Hayes, Chester, 1909; a Victorian silver trefoil shaped condiment set with two cut-glass bottles, one with silver mounts, a further bottle lacking and a George VI silver egg-cup, engraved Stray and Ennerdale, weighable silver 13oz 8dwt
A Victorian Elkington silver plated seven bottle cruet stand, date code for 1876, rectangular with central loop handle, decorated with stylised borders, classical columns and on scroll bracket feet, containing an arrangement of cut glass jars and bottles, 19.5cm wide . Clearly marked to underside of base. One wing broken of the nut. Frame itself appears in good condition. ONe bottle has a large repaired chip to the rim, the remaining bottles with an occasional small nick.
