In the series, Coppola's own wine bottles were visible when he and Mario Puzo adapted Puzo's novel "The Godfather" into a film, which Coppola later used editing machines to cut. This lot comes directly from Paramount Television Studios. It consists of a gray metal film splicer with tape; three rolls of film from unrelated productions; and three glass wine bottles. Also included is a production-made hardcover copy of Puzo's book "The Godfather." The dust jacket exhibits some wear and staining from production.
