Victorian silver inkstand of shaped form, with engraved decoration and presentation inscription, on four scroll feet, mounted with a pair of cut glass inkwells, with silver covers and bases and a separate silver taperstick (London 1858) Edward & John Barnard. All at approximately 18ozs (excluding inkwells). 25.6cm across.
Late Victorian silver chamber taper stick of baluster form, with hexagonal drip tray and open scroll handle (London 1896), together with a silver trencher salt, with scroll and gadrooned borders (Birmingham 1902) and a cut glass toilet jar, with a silver top (London 1916). Approximately 7ozs weighable silver. (3)
Victorian ladies brass bound rosewood travelling toilet box with Bramah lock (no key), fitted green leather interior and several lift out trays, containing a set of cut glass toilet jars with silver covers, some unmarked, and a silver mounted travelling inkwell (various dates and makers), together with a set of manicure and sewing items (not silver), including a mother of pearl handled dip pen, the hinged lid also with a fitted stationery compartment and letter folder/blotter. The toilet box is contained in its original leather outer travelling case.Glass bottles are dirty, some very minor nicks but no cracks or other damage, silver tops have slight surface scratching, no major damage or repair, one screw top cannot be opened at present, steel work on manicure and sewing items is rusty and one implement is missing. Interior is generally good, some areas are marked, particularly in the base and there is slight scuffing throughout. Exterior is scratched, small areas of veneer are missing and some of the brasswork is lifting. Lock is open but no key. Leather outer case is dirty and scuffed, stitching is torn in places, particularly the cover and straps are broken.

The glass ogee shaped body with a silver handle, neck with hinged cover with vine leaf finial and a domed foot each embossed with fruiting vines, mark of David Shaw Silverware Ltd, London 1978, approx 33cm high overall (13 inches) Condition Report: The foot of the jug is marked with the silver stamp and London hallmark however there is no maker mark or date letter on it.

A Edwardian silver mounted clear cut glass spherical scent bottle. The silver hinged lid profusely embossed with a C-scroll cartouche within flowers and leaf scrolls, mark of Walker & Hall, Birmingham 1902, 11.5cm high (4 1/2 inches) Condition Report: Overall good condition for age, general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. No significant dents, dings or scratches to the silver lid, the embossing is reasonably crisp and no major wear to the high sports, cartouche is un-engraved, hinge good, the lid closes with a satisfying 'snick', marks good though a little rubbed but easily legible. Glass no major chips or cracks, minor 'nibbles' only, no cracks to the glass neck-rim only a few small/tiny chips around the glass rim.
