A Victorian rosewood mercury stick barometer, unsigned, mid 19th century, the 8 inch circular silvered register centred with a classical urn motif within concentric scale calibrated in barometric inches with the usual observations, beneath arched alcohol Fahrenheit scale thermometer applied to the tapered trunk and hygrometer to the swan neck pediment, the base with oblong spirit level over cavetto moulded underside, 101cm high.
EDWARD VII SILVER SPIRIT KETTLE, BURNER AND STAND overall decorated with scrolled and shell rims, the kettle with ebony handle and finial, the stand raised on four leaf design feet. Sheffield, 1909, maker's mark: Robert F. Mosely. 43 Troy ounces overall, approx. CONDITION REPORT: Appears in good complete overall condition, a little dirty, some dings and surface wear scratching as expected, one or two slightly larger dents to oil burner, no obvious major damage or losses.
