An illuminated manuscript leaf on vellum, Tours c.1500-1510, Pentecost, artistic milieu of Jean Bourdichon (c.1457-1521) and Jean Poyer (c.1465-1503), illuminated full-page miniature, overall 22cm x 14.5cm/Note: This miniature opened the Hours of the Holy Spirit in what would have been a lavishly decorated Book of Hours. Typically for full page miniature from Tours around 1500, especially for Jean Bourdichon and his workshop, the composition is surrounded by a golden painted frame with an inscription at the bottom of the beginning of the text: "D(OMI)NE LABIA MEA APERIES ET OS"/see illustration Condition Report: It looks as if the edges have been trimmed, there is a crease and tiny hole to bottom edge. Some slight flaking to paint bottom right corner and a few minor areas of flaking elsewhere.

A 1984 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit, registration number 864 AYG, Garnet. Introduced by Rolls-Royce in 1980 to replace the Silver Shadow, the Spirit would spawn a whole range of Rolls-Royce and Bentley models including the Spur, Dawn, Mulsanne and Touring Limousine. They featured the previous models 6.75 litre V8 engine and GM sourced 3 speed automatic gearbox. This Silver Spirit has formed part of a private collection. The car is finished in attractive colour combination of garnet coachwork with a contrasting cream leather piped maroon seats, leather headlining, maroon carpets with lambs wool over rugs and black leather top roll. A Fine and Rare Rolls-Royce Sterling Silver Presentation Desk Piece Barometer, by Saunders & Shepherd. London 1933, hallmarked in two places, in form of a Rolls-Royce radiator with machined grille decoration and fitted with R-R badge, lacking a Spirit of Ecstasy mascot, encasing a square dial barometer with adjusting hands, the plinth engraved JHK From 1927 the Managing Directors of a Rolls-Royce main distributor were each presented with fine silver items comprising a desk clock for 1927, cigarette box for 1928, ink blotter for 1929 and sweetmeat dish for 1930. After Rolls-Royce purchased the Bentley firm in 1931 the gifts resumed in 1932 comprising an ink blotter for 1932, barometer 1933, cigarette lighter 1934, salver 1935, rose bowl 1936, and bookends 1937.
