An oak cased Robert Pringle and Sons 12 place setting canteen of Kings pattern hallmarked silver cutlery, comprising 12 each of table spoons, table forks, dessert spoons, dessert forks and teaspoons along with two sauce ladles and a soup ladle, all London 1909 bar the teaspoons which are London 1906 (weight of silver 5065g). Not original but included are two sets of 12 Kings pattern stainless steel knives.

An Edwardian inlaid mahogany canteen of cutlery, Rogers, Sheffield, twelve place settings. CONDITION REPORT: The canteen is 12 place settings but is not complete. There are 12 dessert forks, 11 table forks, 12 dessert spoons, 11 teaspoons, 1 pickle fork, 12 soup spoons, 6 tablespoons, 2 sauce ladles, sugar tongs, mustard spoon, soup ladle, gravy spoon, 1 salt spoon & 2 egg spoons. There are 12 dessert knives, but only 10 table knives. There are also 2 game carvers, 2 carving forks and a steel. The kniVes are not in particularly good condition. The blades are all significantly tarnished and require a very good clean. The ivorine handles are in the main discoloured and there are visible stress cracks to most of the ivorine handles. The steel has a large section of the ivorine handle missing. The silver plating is generally in reasonable condition on the remainder of the cutlery but there is some wear through to the base metal on the proud parts at the back of the spoons and at the end of the tines and backs of the forks. The overall condition can only be described as average.
A Royal Worcester meat platter with Imari decoration, a collection of early 20th Century Wedgwood "Clematis" pattern dinnerwares to include oval meat platter, three lidded tureens, etc., a set of three late 19th/early 20th Century graduated lustre ware jugs, three late 19th/early 20h Century jugs with moulded relief decoration, a Beauties China "Chiang Nan" tureen, cover and stand, blue transfer decorated with Oriental scenes, a 19th Century willow pattern pottery ladle, a set of six Campden Pottery mugs, willow pattern warming plate, a pair of modern prints etc. CONDITION REPORTS Clematis pattern ware. Large plate is crazed and scratched. Gilt work on other items is wearing in places. Small scratches but generally good. Blue and white tureen, crazing and small scratches. Small chips to rim. Crack to beige fruit decorated jug, in two places at base. Cracks to base of other beige jug. Imari pattern plate is cracked. ALL Items with general wear and tear.
