A George V silver part table service with reeded and ribbon mounts by Elkington & Co, Birmingham 1910, comprising - twelve table spoons, twelve oyster forks, twelve ice cream spoons, nine coffee spoons, pair of salad servers, pair of fish servers, pair of asparagus servers, soup ladle, sauce ladle, gravy spoon, two pairs of sugar tongs, a preserve spoon, and a pair of ice tongs with claw bowls (weight 100ozs - all monogrammed), complete with ten mother of pearl handled dessert knives and nine ditto dessert forks (three dating to 1909), and one other pair of asparagus servers, Birmingham 1932 (weight 5ozs), contained in oak rectangular two-handled canteen with lifting lid and fall-front enclosing four fitted drawers, 21ins wide x 17ins deep x 17.5ins high (with Elkington & Co label to top drawer)
10th - 11th century AD. A silver pendant in the form of a ladle or strainer, with wide bowl and handle with double row of dashed line pattern with dots running down the centre; end folded over to form suspension loop.
