A Wedgwood creamware part service c.1810, printed in blue in the Waterlily pattern with bold botanical designs. Comprising: two chargers in differing sizes, a tureen and cover, two plates, a mug, an oval stand, and a sauce ladle. (9) This design derives from prints in the Botanist's Repository and the Botanical Magazine, from 1803-6. The design was probably inspired by the interests of Josiah Wedgwood's eldest son John, who was a founder member of the Royal Horticultural Society.

Circa 46 BC. Rome mint. Obv: imitating DICT ITER COS ITER legend with head of Ceres right, wreathed with corn, but showing the head of Zeus instead. Rev. AVGVR PONT MAX legend above and beneath sacrificial implements: ladle, aspergil, jug and lituus. Imitating Crawford 467/1b; Syd. 1023. 2.99 grams. This coin type was not officially struck with a male head on the obverse. [No Reserve] Good fine.
