A George III silver gilt Masonic medal, possibly by T Harper circa 1801, designed as a circle with an inner triangle and central Masonic motifs, the obverse engraved "Deo Regi Fratribus Honor Fidelitas Benevolentia" around the circle with "Truth Peace Concord" and "Wisdom Strength Beauty" on the triangle, the lower ribbon engraved "Exalted", the reverse engraved "Si Talia Si Jungere Possis Sit Tibi Scire Satis A.L AD" on the outer circle and "Civis Mundi Cultor Dei" and "Invenimus We Have Found Hyphkamen" on the triangle, the lower ribbon engraved "Nil Nisi Clavis Deest", 5.5cm x 3.3cm, on a red silk ribbon with silver gilt fittings; a late Victorian silver gilt Masonic medal, Chester 1893, on a pale blue silk ribbon; an enamel County Sherrif`s badge of office for Oxfordshire, on a red and white silk ribbon, in a Thomas Fattorini Case; a signet ring, seal engraved crest of Fane (a bull`s head); a pair of 9 carat gold oval cufflinks; and a pair of mother of pearl and gold plated cufflinkr, A similar, slightly larger, silver gilt Masonic Medal by T Harper of Fleet Street is in the collection of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London. That example has the name of Nelson`s cousin, Captain M W Suckling engraved on it, unlike this example which has no name on it.
