Areas of porosity to upper section of mount. Length of head approx. 1.25cm. Shank is possibly replaced just below shoulders, with solder joins to both sides. Two antique full hoop eternity rings, comprising a half pearl full hoop ring, and an amethyst full hoop ring, each gold mounted, (three amethysts deficient, half pearls untested for origin), ring sizes M½ and J½ respectively (2)Condition report: Both of the settings have considerable wear, commensurate for age and regular use, with patchy thinning to the edges of the settings. Three stones are missing to the amethyst band, and two loose amethysts are included with the lot, although one of these stones is heavily chipped. The remaining amethysts have chips, fractures and scuffs, commensurate for use, and vary from light to mid purple hues with areas of whiteish colour zoning. Some of the amethysts are later replaced. There is a fine solder seam to the amethyst set band, presumed to be part of manufacture, and the band measures approx. 2.8mm in width. The half pearl set band has a similar solder seam, presumed to be part of manufacture. At least 2 or 3 of the half pearls appear to be later replaced, having a brighter lustre, and the remaining half pearls have creases, ripples, scuffs and fractures to the nacre surface, with patchy greyish discolouration. Width of this band approx. 3.4mm. Approximate gross weights: amethyst ring 1.5gm, half pearl ring 1.4gm. Both mounts are untested for metal standard.

A 19th century emerald full hoop eternity ring, set throughout with rectangular step-cut emeralds in pinched collet settings, gold mounted, ring size K½Condition report: Emeralds have slightly variable yellowish-green hues and contain fracture, fissure and mineral inclusions that are visible to the unaided eye, some of the fractures surface-reaching. One of the emeralds has a large chip to one side and all of the emeralds are abraded, with chips, scuffs and scratches to the surface. The stones measure approx. 2.5mm to 3mm length x 2mm to 2.5mm width. Occasional stones may be later replaced. The ring mount appears to be in relatively good condition for its age, with scuffs, scratches and nicks/chips throughout, commensurate for use, and some thinning to the edges of the settings. Metal standard is untested and the mount appears to be unmarked. Gross weight approx. 4.5gm.
A Victorian diamond and enamel memorial ring, the tapered hoop inset with five graduated rose-cut diamonds in foiled closed-back settings, framed by black enamel decoration, gold mounted, with interior inscriptions dated 1849 and 1906, (glazed verso deficient), ring size PCondition report: Diamonds have a typically greyish/brownish appearance, with chips and surface-reaching fractures, and patchy discolouration to the foil backing. The ring mount has substantial losses and chips to the enamel decoration and surface scuffs, scratches, nicks and chips throughout. There is a fine split/seam to the back of the shank and evidence of re-sizing. The interior inscriptions have patchy wear but remain legible and read 'W. Hichens, Christmas day 1849' and 'C/G E H 1906'. The glazed panel to the compartment beneath the setting is missing. Gold standard is untested. Gross weight approx. 4.3gm.
A green tourmaline and diamond cluster ring, the circular mixed-cut green tourmaline claw set within a border of single-cut diamonds, 18ct two colour gold mounted, total diamond weight approximately 0.30ct, ring size OCondition report: The tourmaline has a dark brownish-green hue with surface wear and measures approx. 7.6mm diameter x 4.8mm depth. Diamonds are well matched and bright, with estimated VS2 clarity and H to J colour, assessed mounted. The central claw setting requires attention, as some of the claws have lifted away from the tourmaline and others may require re-tipping. The cluster setting is tilting slightly to one side and the edges of the setting have patchy wear. There is a small split to the side of one shoulder. The mount has surface scuffs and nicks/chips, throughout and the hallmarks are heavily rubbed. Gross weight approx. 4.1gm.

The half pearls have discoloured to greyish hues and have surface wear. The diamond is bright and lively, weighing approx. 0.03ct.
