Diamond single stone ring, the brilliant cut diamond estimated to weigh approximately 0.45 carats, in rub-over 18ct gold setting, on plain shank. Ring size approximately P CONDITION REPORT Ring size approximately P but difficult to measure precisely due to sizing beads on the inside of the shank. Hallmarked Sheffield 2001. Colour and clarity is difficult to estimate accurately due to the setting. No obvious inclusions, appears clean when examined with a 10x loupe and appears white / does NOT draw any obvious colour

Ring size N CONDITION REPORT Diamond to the centre measures approximately 4.1mm diameter. The six smaller diamonds measure 2.6mm - 2.7mm diameter. Coral brooch 19mm, very good condition, C.1820. Watch - fusee chain intact and runs for a few seconds when given a gentle shake. Cane has had damage, shaft missing, dial in good condition

A diamond solitaire ring, the brilliant cut stone six claw set in an 18 carat yellow and white gold single stone mount, 2mm wide shank and shoulders, approximate weight of diamond 0.70 carat, ring size O. The ring was retailed through the Goldsmiths chain of jewellers and registered with certification that states the diamond was mined in the Canadian Northwest Territories, the clarity is SI, colour H, the identification number is etched on the girdle. (The certificate is included with the ring).

A 10-BORE FLINTLOCK SPORTING GUN BY MANTON, 44.25inch sighted browned multi-stage damascus barrel ring turned at the mid point and finely inlaid and decorated with gold stands of arms and swags, and banding at the muzzle, further inlaid in gold Manton London in scrolling Gothic script, gold lined breech, pan and touch hole, border engraved stepped lock signed MANTON and fitted with a roller frizzen, half stocked with horn fore-end cap and chequered wrist, steel mounts, the trigger guard engraved with a stand of arms and the serial no. 1653 for 1792, brass capped wooden ramrod. Of note is that serial no. 1658 is listed in The Mantons: Gunmaker's by W.Keith Neal and D.H.L. Back as being an Unmounted Single 10-Bore Barrel of 45inches, of further note is the reference to "the words on the barrel and the touch-hole are in gold, and the barrel is decorated in gold at both breech and muzzle" It is surmised that the barrel and lock were sold for mounting in India where it appears this gun was stocked.
