An Art Deco style unmarked gold emerald and diamond chequerboard panel ring, set with square step cut emeralds and old round cut diamonds, total diamond content approx 0.12ct, panel height 7.3mm, size approx N, 2gVery good overall condition, this ring has been repurposed from a brooch/pinhead with an added shank, although this is done to a good standard, all stones present, signs of glue around the emeralds with one possibly set upside down, a couple have tiny girdle chips and facet edge abrasions but only visible through a loupe, diamonds are bright but slightly grey with no obvious chips or cracks, settings are surface scratched all over, shank unmarked but tests as gold.
