An 18 ct gold and platinum three stone diamond ring, size L/M. CONDITION REPORT: The shank is in good condition with no problems. All of the claws are worn and rubbed but none of the stones are loose. All stones have inclusions visible under a loop. The centre stone is approximately 5 mm in diameter and the small stones 3 mm each.
An 18 ct gold opal and diamond ring, size P. CONDITION REPORT: Weight 2.8 grams. The opals appear to be in generally good condition with no significant chips, damage or abrasions. None of the stones are loose. The claws however are all showing signs of wear. One is completely missing and three are detached from the opals. There are several that are also worn down and missing the tops of the crowns.
An 18 ct gold diamond set ring, the shank set with nine small diamonds, size N. CONDITION REPORT: Weight 2.7 grams. We are not sure of the date but probably early 20th century. The stones are all somewhat dull and cloudy due to scuffing and the settings are all crushed and damaged in areas. The stones are not loose, the settings when inspected with a loop look very misshapen. At least one of the stones has probably been replaced as it is a different shape to the others.
An 18 ct gold diamond set cluster ring, oval, with diamonds to each shoulder, size I/J. CONDITION REPORT: The ring seems to be in generally good condition. There are no loose stones and no damage to the claws. The stones appear to be nice and bright but we do not have the facility to provide you with the colour and clarity of the stones. The centre stone measures approx 9 mm x 5 mm. The shank is in good order.
Three gold rings, 18 ct gold opal, size J, 18 ct gold five stone diamond, size I and 9 ct gold hardstone, size N/O. CONDITION REPORT: The opal is dull and has surface scratches. The setting is however sound as is the shank. The diamonds are not particularly bright. The five stone ring is structurally sound with no wear to the shank. The diamonds are old cut and not particularly bright. The ring however does need a clean. The ring with the blue stone is scuffed and scratched and the surface a little matt. The claws are all sound and the shank in good condition.
An 18 ct gold two tone diamond set ring, rubover, with oval diamond to centre and diamond set shoulders, total diamond weight 1.18 carats, size K. CONDITION REPORT: The diamond weight is 1.18ct. We do not have the facility to provide the colour and clarity of the diamonds unfortunately. The ring is in first class condition. It is a modern ring.
Two solitaire diamond rings, one yellow gold Russian, size Q, the other 9 ct white gold, size N. CONDITION REPORT: The larger of the two rings is in generally good condition. The shank is not worn. The diamond is approx 5.25 mm in diameter and we cannot see any chips but there are visible carbon marks in the stone. The smaller ring is in generally good condition. It is however illusion set and the diamond is not particularly large, approx 2.5 mm in diameter. The shank and setting are in good order with no issues.
An exceedingly fine solitaire diamond ring with an 14ct yellow gold Jacob Newman & Co expanding shank, the 2.69 carat oval stone prominently mounted on four white gold claws.
