An early French 19th Century enamel 18ct gold and silver ring. The ring having a blue enamel head with blue marcasite studded fleur de lys emblem having a marcasite halo to bifurcated reeded band. French eagle and partial makers lozenge to outside of band. Head measures approx 2.5ms . Tests indicate 18ct gold & silver. Weight 4.8g. Size O.

The watch having a quartz movement, square matte dial with roman numerals enclosing minute ring, secret signature at ten o’clock, blued steel hands, the bezel and back of the tapered square case secured by eight screws, sapphire cabochon crown, completed by a two tone basket weave bracelet with double deployant clasp. An unusual Kerr and Binns or early Royal Worcester reticulated tazza, circa 1865In an unglazed parian body, finely pierced with a wide graduated honeycomb band, with gilt decoration and four small panels reserving colourful insects, a tooled gold sprig to the centre of a ring of ivy leaves, the border with gilt holly leaf sprigs with red berries, mounted on an elaborate gilt-metal base with pierced honeycomb foot echoing the design of the porcelain, 20.8cm diamFootnotes:The shape follows a Chamberlain prototype exhibited at the Great Exhibition. The new management of Kerr and Binns was keen to introduce a new parian body and revived a few of Chamberlains more adventurous shapes.
