Diamond single stone ring with a brilliant cut diamond estimated to weigh approximately 1.10 carats, in eight claw setting on gold (18ct) shank. Ring size P CONDITION REPORT The diamond has a fissure/crack which touches the table surface and runs across the stone all the way to the girdle. This fissure/crack 'forks' on the surface near the middle of the stone. There are unusual flashes of purple and green and even a 'rainbow' effect which might indicate that the stone has been fracture-filled although I cannot locate the drill hole if this is the case. It is possible that the stone has been fracture filled with glass
