An interesting collection of miscellaneous items including two albums containing a quantity of TV programme collector`s cards including Thunderbirds, the original Batman Series, Man from Uncle, etc together with some early Beatles bubble-gum cards, a quantity of cigarette card albums including radio celebrities, film stars, tennis, etc, two boxed Coronation jigsaw puzzles, a 1938 souvenir album of photographs from Warsaw, Beatles Magazine, a collection of The Great British Regiments Badges, Historic Cars Coin Collection, etc.
Mona Moore (1917-2000) `COVENT GARDEN, OUTSIDE ST PAUL`S CHURCH` Signed and dated `36 l.r., pen, watercolour and grey washes 37 x 49.5cm The artist was commissioned by the Recording Britain scheme to record British lives and landscapes at a time of change. Moore also produced designs for the Radio Times, The Listener and other periodicals, as well as book jackets and illustrations for novels.

Original cloth, dust-jacket (slightly creased and soiled, small tear to one fold). Provenance: Douglas Johnson (profuse presentation inscription from the author to front-free endpaper thanking the recipient for ‘much valued advice concerning radio, engines and yacht matters in general.’). – And twenty-six others relating to sailing, including a few others by Chichester (27).
A Steinberger Spirit 2 guitar, originally offered as a radio station charity prize in California in 1999. The instrument fitted with 2 EMG single coil and 1 humbucker pick ups. The instrument signed by the following artists: Ronnie James Dio and Vinnie Appice (Black Sabbath), Slash, Duff McKagen and Gilbey Clark (Guns 'n Roses), David St Hubbins, Derek Smalls and Nigel Tufnall (Spinal Tap), Dave Mustaine (Megadeath), Mike Muir & Robert Tryillo (Suicidal Tendencies)Mark Slaughter and Dan Strum (Slaughter). The tremolo arm not present. In Steinberger gig bag.
