EXTRA LOT: A 1961 Jaguar Mk II 3.8 saloon, registration number RAS 830, RAF blue. This Moss 4 speed manual overdrive 3.8 saloon is presented in RAF blue coachwork with a light blue/grey leather interior and sits on steel wheels. The Jaguar is equipped with an unleaded cylinder head, 2 inch SU carburettors, inertia seat belts, stainless steel exhaust, PAS and the original radio which has been adapted for FM, iPod input and CD player. Originally a Cornish registered right hand drive example which was exported to Texas and was restored between 2000/2002. There is service history between 2002/2008 from recognised specialists WREN Classics and SIGMA Engineering, since then maintenance has been carried out in house by our vendor, a Devon vehicle museum. The car will be driven from Devon to the auction and is said to perform very well but the paintwork would benefit from some localised repairs. Titles are Electric Ladyland (original UK Track 613008/9 with blue text sleeve, record 1 is in VG condition with some light surface/hairline markings and a light scratch on A1, record 2 is in VG condition with some light surface marks and one or two light scratches, A1/B1/A1/B1 matrix/VG+ a neatly presented sleeve, this is a very clean example, there is some shelfwear noted), Axis: Bold As Love (UK stereo original pressing Track 613 003 - solid VG record with some light surface/hairline markings, none of which are of a heavier nature/with original orange lyric inner, in VG+ condition, it has been folded/VG+ a nice example sleeve, there is a light tear to a small section on the reverse), Are You Experienced (612 001 Track UK original - G+ with many surface markings and a couple of light scratches/VG small paper tear on the reverse), Get That Feeling (mono HA 8349 - VG+ copy, top seam split on the sleeve, and easy repair), The Cry Of Love, Rainbow Bridge, Experience, The Jimi Hendrix Concerts and Radio One.
