Auswertungen der Versuche, verschiedene Einflüsse, u.a. von atmosphärischen Störungen oder der Luftfeuchtigkeit. Berichte über die Verwendung verschiedener Antennen, u.a. von Drachen oder Ballons, sowie über den Transport der Funkstationen, lobende Worte über die Geschicklichkeit des "Farbigen Personals", teils mit Bleistiftskizzen, abschließend signiert "Plieninger - Oberleutnant in der Schutztruppe für Südwestafrika". Dazu dieser Bericht auf identisches Papier transkribiert und hektografiert sowie drei Anlagen zu "Bericht I.": "Übersicht über die Versuchstage und Zeiten" (10 hektografierte Seiten), "Tagebuch des Funkspruchkommandos in Kamerun" (26 eigenhändige Seiten, außerdem 2x in hektografierter Ausführung) und "Intensitätsmessungen" (18 hektografierte Seiten). Bericht über due Ausrüstung von Expeditionen mit tragbaren Funkenstationen in Kamerun" (5 Seiten), hektografiert und mit OU Plieningers.
