2000 Range Rover 4.6 Holland and Holland Registration no. X227 HBTChassis no. SALLPAMJ3YA438366Odometer Reading: 136,000 MoT Expiry: 15/02/21 *Much mechanical and body attention over the last two years with bills for £10,000*'Entertainment' pack option, one of 20 worldwide produced*Upgraded with Arnott MKIII suspension that retains airbags The Holland and Holland limited-edition, this being one of 20 with entertainment pack option, P38 saw collaboration between car manufacturer and gun maker, and these models are sought-after among today's second-generation Range Rover enthusiasts. This example comes to auction with excellent bodywork and very good paint and wheels/tyres. Our vendor says work carried out over the last two years attended to paint issues and Waxoyled the underside. The interior has very good seats and excellent carpets, dashboard and headlining, which often sags in the P38. Seats have regularly been treated to hide food and the original Holland and Holland rubber mat set is still in the car. Rear television screens have been updated from the factory-fit Sony units to Alpines, which allow phone and tablet connection, the radio has been updated to accept Bluetooth/DAB (+DAB aerial & remote control) connection and all the speakers have been upgraded, while passenger comfort is improved courtesy of new pollen filters. The engine is vendor-assessed as excellent for starting and running and very good for presentation: upgraded spark plugs and leads and a K&N filter installed. A stainless steel sports exhaust has been fitted complimenting the lovely V8 Sound and is not brash, there is an LPG system. Running gear is said to be excellent throughout: the suspension features Arnott Mk3 airbags (raises/sits approx. 20mm higher than standard), new height sensors, new Air Pump and steering dampers, and new struts installed, EDC Brakes & Green Stuff Discs. The electrics are rated as excellent, electric door wiring loom replaced, new battery fitted Aug. 2020.Also included is the original picnic table, box of spares to include the original car radio, video unit for rear and Harmmon Kardon bass unit, bills/receipts & old MOT's. Majority of work carried out at Auto Audio London. To Schedule a video condition report for this lot please click hereFootnotes:Vendor Score Total: 94/100Bidders should note that the automated 100-point Seller's Assessment is provided by each Seller at the point of consignment using the guidelines below, and is not provided, assessed or verified by Bonhams MPH.
