With various depictions to the front covers, including the Prime Minister and Denis pictured together at the door of 10 Downing Street, another with them together upon the staircase inside Downing Street, and another picturing the couple within the House of Lords, with Margaret Thatcher dressed in her peers' robes (photograph affixed to the inside cover), further images include depictions of Chequers, Downing Street, The Horse Guards, Westminster Bridge etc. The majority being signed ('Margaret') in blue fountain pen ink by Margaret Thatcher and signed ('Denis and') by Denis Thatcher, also in blue fountain pen ink, beneath a printed greeting.
