1988 Austin Metro 1.3-L HatchbackRegistration no. E907 PFLChassis no. SAXXFMND1BD673562Odometer reading: 30,297MoT expiry date: November 2021*Two owners from new*Kept garaged and well cared for*'Time warp' conditionBritish Leyland's first 'Supermini', the Austin Metro debuted in 1980, 21 years after the ground-breaking Mini. Despite compact overall dimensions the Metro was surprisingly roomy inside, and although the old A-Series engines were retained, was a big hit with the general public and a considerable commercial success. This Metro has had only one previous owner, who bought the car new in 1988. Always garaged and exceptionally well cared for, it displays a total of only some 30,000 miles on the odometer and is presented in 'time warp' condition. Featuring its original carpets, radio, instruments, etc, the unmarked interior is particularly noteworthy. Driving like new, this quite exceptional Metro is offered with its original handbook and a V5C document. A unique opportunity.
