Finished in Brooklands green and fitted with overdrive, this car was registered on the 1 August 1980 and retained by the Chairman of the company for his own sole use. Prior to registration the car was sent to Metcalfe Nurse Ltd on the 17/7/80 for full Tectyl Automotive Rustproofing, an FM push button radio and 2 speakers were fitted by Ware Garages Ltd and a Tudor Webasto folding roof was fitted by Sunroofs Plus Ltd. Having seen very limited use, the MG has always been kept in a heated garage at the home of the Chairman. The car was converted to run on unleaded petrol in 1990 at 4,872 miles by Ware Garages Ltd. Regularly taxed and MoT'd until 2009 at 5,785 miles when a new stainless rear exhaust box was fitted due to the internal baffles rattling.
