Grey over maroon paintwork generally presents quite well . Off side front wing has some bubbling to the rear edge . Off side front door has some bubbling and a crack where some filler is moving . Off side rear door has rust around bottom of the rear edge . Off side rear wheel arch has some visible corrosion as does the near side rear wheel arch . Near side rear door has some rust visible along the bottom edge . Near side front wing has some bubbling . Chrome work has some surface rust Inside . Original grey leather seats look in good order but would benefit from some treatment . Red carpets are OK but have faded . Door cards are in good condition as is the headlining . Radiomobile push button radio Mechanicals . Starts well with the help of a jump pack, so will need a new battery . The automatic gearbox selects drive and reverse . Unfortunately the brakes do not work, so we haven't driven the car very far History . Other than a V5C we have no other history with the car Our Opinion A charming Wolseley that has potential to be a nice entry level classic.

Generally presents quite well but may benefit from a good polish or buff up . off side front wing has some bubbling . off side front passenger door has some bubbling . Some slight corrosion around the rear light clusters . Crack in the paintwork above the rear wheel arch . Near side rear passenger door has paint flaking . Near side front passenger door has some bubbling . Near side front wing has some bubbling . Front and rear chrome bumpers are showing some signs of rust . 1985 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit 6750 cc 4 door saloon Guide; £10,000 to £12,000 Registration: BOY 202H Chassis: Odometer: 49,788 Tranmission: Automatic MOT: Expired Outside • Lovely light oyster over metallic dark oyster • All panels are dent free and straight • No rust or rot evident anywhere • N/s front passenger door has small bubbling where the handle meets the door - less than the size of a 5 pence piece • Driver's door has been opened against a wall a few times resulting in some minor paint chips on its trailing edge • Chromework is in excellent condition . This is the nicest Silver Spirit i've seen for a long time Inside • Wonderful parchment leather piped with brown piping • Only very slight discolouring to driver's seat base • Wood veneer is in excellent order as is the iconic thin rim bakelite steering wheel • Period correct Blaupunkt radio cassette player • Parchment carpets and over mats in excellent condition • Leather headlining in perfect condition • All the electrics seem to function • Fitted with air conditioning Mechanicals • Starts well and soon settles into a satisfying burble at idle • Pulls well through all the gears • Stops well, straight and true • Under the bonnet is very clean, as seen in our photos • The underside has recently been treated to a coat of underseal which looks factory fresh • Stainless steel exhaust system . This car does have a water leak from somewhere and there appears to oil contamination in the water and water contamination in the oil, which would suggest a cylinder head gasket fault, although we urge serious bidders to inspect the car and make up their own mind before bidding. The bodywork and interior are almost perfect and look better than even a vehicle of this low mileage would present. Silver Spirits have slowly been on the up and this example is probably as good as you you will find with this mileage.

Conditions all generally appear to be Good Plus to Excellent although none have been checked for completeness or correctness in generally Good outer pictorial boxes although some boxes do suffer from scuffing and staining with some having old price stickers attached. Interesting scale model of The Royal Yacht Britannia, built in 1957 to the scale of 1:90 from the actual Naval plans and specifications of the yacht by the vendors father Chief Shipwright S.W Harris, who served on the Royal Yacht during the world voyage of that year, of wooden construction and painted in the very same paint used on the yacht of the time, fully ballasted with the capacity for a radio controlled engine (none installed), 4’6” long - **Sold with extensive accompanying ephemera and photographs of the ship and crew including Harris with members of royalty aboard the Yacht, full crew portraits with Princess Anne, sharing a drink with the Duke of Edinburgh, a photograph of the model on board the yacht 1956-1957, various invites and programmes of official events, several of Harris' notebooks etc.
