A 2003 Mercedes-Benz CL55 AMG Kompressor Automatic, registration number YS03 ENR, chassis number WDB2153742A036160, engine number 11399160011249, Cubanite. Mercedes-Benz second generation CL model was introduced in 1999 and would remain in production until 2006 based on the S-Class (W220) on an eight inch shortened wheel base. When introduced they were incredibly expensive with this example costing over £110,000 when new in 2003. It is a ***four owner (not three)*** car and features the 5.5 litre 500 bhp supercharged engine giving this large coupé supercar bating performance of a 0-60 mph time of 4.8 seconds and a controlled top speed of 155 mph. A 1987 Range Rover VM diesel classic four door, registration number E330 VYD, green. This diesel Range Rover must be one of the only examples still being driven by its original owner from new, and garaged throughout that period at the owner's address in South Somerset. The car was purchased by the vendor's company as his personal transport and was maintained by the company until being transferred into his name on 30th June 1998. The Range Rover has been maintained by a local 4x4 specialist since new. The car was registered with a private number from 1998 until 2017 and that number is now retained on a retention certificate by the vendor, and its original registration of E330 VYD has been re-instated. In March 2005 a new old-stock VM diesel engine was discovered still boxed at Land Rover during stock taking and was purchased by the vendor to replace the original engine. The Range Rover has covered just over 42,000 miles since March 2005 when the new engine was fitted. Further noteworthy replacement parts include a new original starter motor at a cost of £740 on 10th February 2016. At that time, English Heritage stated that there were only three of the original starter motors still in stock. The original starter motor from this car is included. A front spoiler and air conditioning were fitted in 1995. The Range Rover is fitted with its original sunshine roof, a tow bar, velour interior, mats and carpet and with original Range Rover stereo radio with graphic equalizer. A 1997 TVR Chimaera 4-Ltr, registration number J77 TVR, chassis number SDLDCCP1VL012330, engine number 37A40P5614, Stratos silver. Having had only four registered keepers, this low mileage example of TVR's Chimaera has full service history to substantiate the 40,000 miles from new and is finished in Stratos silver with a blue leather interior and matching blue mohair soft top. The car was supplied by Harrogate Horseless Carriages to its first owner who had the car maintained there, with subsequent maintenance carried out by Fernhurst Motor Company, Rivermead, Williams of Harrogate and TVRS Wellington. The last service was carried out by TVRS on 23/06/2014 (receipt on file £549.54). The car was SORN and stored until it was MOT'd earlier this year. The accompanying history file contains the stamped service/handbook, receipts, radio handbook and sundry paperwork.
